Amy and Molly are the best! They both made my heart sing, Amy with her divine music and Molly with her hilarious characters. Their creation has an awesome balance of depth and humor. Love you both! Thank you for sharing your light and courage with the world.

Such a beautiful show. Made me feel like it’s okay that I’m getting older and still not having everything figured out.

What a touching show about a woman’s journey to find her path. A coming of age show for an older woman and not a teen is not something you see represented very often. Women are so often overlooked as they get older and struggle to find where they fit in, and it was nice to see that represented in this show. Amy's musical talent is also top tier - I only wish that there had been more songs! :) Molly was also such a chameleon! I loved watching her transform into different roles with ease.

This is a beautifully uplifting musical jaunt, where a journey to the land of Oz is synonymous with self discovery. The show includes both references to and jabs at the The Wizard of Oz, for those familiar with the story. Both funny and touching, it is an honest look at fear, self doubt, and how we overcome. My mom and I loved it.

Absolutely loved it! What a fun, emotional, light yet deep show. Very healing and so well written! It resonates with anyone who's a bit lost in this society that crushes our souls. Very inspirational, everyone should see it. And the two performers are amazing, incredible energy here!

Excellent show. Thought-provoking, philosophical yet fun and light-hearted. Some excellent singing and acting, with a sprinkling of humour, is brought together to put a smile on your face. I went today, on my Birthday, with my 76 year old Mum and we both loved it.

A show with a very warm heart. A story beautifully sung and skillfully told by two talented performers, ably assisted by musical and technical support. With nods to Oz they take you on a journey down a modern yellow brick road to the Emerald Bay and leave you with a smile on your face. Glad I caught this show.

Emotional and uplifting. This show really touched me. It is well written, superbly performed and it comes straight from the heart. It’s never too late to follow your dreams and it’s OK to want to do something for you, not to please others or because that’s what’s expected of you as a mum, partner, daughter or whatever role you play. Loved it.

I want to figure out how to bring the show to my home town in Delaware US. It was just marvelous, uplifting entertainment that brought Me hope and joy! I am most grateful for the creative genius in this show.

Take your fears and inadequacies and shed them on this whimsical, musical uplifting jaunt with Amy and Molly and their motley crew of characters. A welcome respite from the frantic fringe frenzy! Recommended!

Patricia James

The show was wonderful fun! The original music, the story, and the comedy combined to connect us to the theme of the musical. I laughed, enjoyed, and even cried. This is not my first Fringe, and this show is one I won’t soon forget! It’s not to be missed.

Eileen Trenchard

Funny, engaging, clever, beautiful, witty and moving, this show had me smiling from start to finish. I found it thoroughly entertaining and am in awe of the talents of the three performers.
Do go and see this show if you want to leave feeling uplifted and inspired.

Inventive show with good performances

Sarah Lafferty

Really beautiful show. I loved the clever theatrical device of using the journey to Oz to structure the show. The music was wonderful and all the more impressive when you know it’s original. I left so uplifted by Amy’s spirit and story. Definitely a fringe highlight for me. Well done to all involved!

Natasha

Booked this show because I thought it was about Australia and I was with some Australian people. But the 'Oz' actually referred to Wizard of Oz. Anyways we enjoyed the show. It has a great message of it never being too late to follow your dreams. The story was very clever. I liked the vibe of old school American hippies. I really enjoyed the music, the songs, lyrics, singing, different instruments. Well done.

Loved this show! Amy and Molly create an Intimate and very personal portrait of a woman at the crossroads of life. Which way to go? Follow the Yellow Brick Road and join them on an emotional and spiritual journey as the answers they need, and we need, are revealed.
For anyone faced with a decision about the direction of their lives this is an important piece of theatre. I highly recommend.

Holy Munchkins these ladies are talented! After The Rainbow is a great story using the themes of Oz, with characters updated to be relevant to our world. Amy MacClains songs weave seamlessly into the journey she’s on and found an easy way to my heart—still singing of few of them days later. Molly Kittle’s portrayal of most of the others characters (minus masterful monkeys and barking from the accompanist) are hilarious, heartwarming and recognizable. Walk the path to this show and you won’t be disappointed. Warning: this show may leave you wanting more from life!

Wow! This show is a masterful weaving of sincere and powerful songs written from the heart, honest and well crafted real life storytelling and hilarious character comedy all delivered with an exceptional level of skill and talent. To hear, experience and feel the amazing journey that Amy has been on through this medium if found profoundly powerful. It’s like a guide book to the modern day ‘heroes journey’ which we all face when seeking purpose in life and left me feeling inspired, excited and deeply moved!

An uplifting story that is clearly an honest and heartfelt take of the players' journey through mid-life self-discovery and actualization. The original music was beautiful and lovingly performed. Highly recommend.

I am so happy I met Molly and Amy in the queue at Meet the Media Day. Not only are they two kind and very genuine people, but these ladies are SO FULL OF TALENT, HOLY COW! Every song is catchy, beautiful and performed so gorgeously. Every character made me cackle. And the message of After the Rainbow is so important—for every stage of life. GO SEE THIS SHOW!!!

Had the pleasure of being at the first performance at the Fringe of this inspiring musical. Performed by two very talented women this musical portrays the various paths we encounter on the path that is called life.A very enjoyable and well put together show with great music and acting.Well worth seeing even if you are not a fan of the Wizard of Oz.Thought provoking and funny

Andrew Cox

Really insightful and a new perspective on a journey to find yourself.

Heartfelt original songs speak to the shoulds and have tos and cant's we all live with in our heads. After the Rainbow, while having some Wizard of Oz references and characters, is a very modern tale on one's journey especially after having been in the various cyclones of life. I left feeling inspired and ready to fully live every minute of my life after this show. It was definitely a standout show for my inaugural 3 day Fringe experience and I think the songs and story can speak to anyone, not just those of us in midlife. Even if you hate the Wizard of Oz, this show will have you laughing when you see who portrays Oz. If you like seeing the depth of an actor, one woman plays all but one character in the musical and does so with incredible ease. The protagonist is an amazing singer and, apparently, song writer who will share links to listen to full songs of you choose one of her musical tarot cards after the show. Brilliant!

Michael & Ellen McKittrick

My wife and I were in the audience for the premier performance of this enchanting original piece structured quite loosely on the legendary tale of a journey with with challenges and new acquaintances guide and are guided by the protagonist. Indeed, there is a "witch!" There has to be a witch. And, ta ta! Flying monkeys...provided by a wizardly sound effects lady complete with wind machine, chimes, a guitar and, most importantly, a variety of guttural utterances. It should be noted that I, at least, felt as though this performance was part of her journey...in which we were observers. However, while these delightful embellishments enhance this romp it is the story woven by two remarkable actors which makes this hour worth twice the price.
